I reached out to support i was just hoping they wouldn’t make me wait forever. They got back to me really quickly and had my problem sorted the same day, which made things so much easier for me

The order itself was totally fine, and everything arrived as expected, which I appreciated. That said, the shipping took way longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated for several days, so I was starting to get frustrated. Once it finally showed up, everything was okay, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of annoying waiting around without much info.

I was disappointed with how the print turned out. The whole thing looked blurry, and the colors were really faded compared to what I expected. it kind of made me lose trust in ordering from here again

it looked good when I first got it. after using it for a little while, the stitching around the edge started to come loose. for what it cost, I expected it to hold up better. not the worst mat ever, but yeah, kind of disappointing...

My playmat was made way quicker than I thought it would be. Impressive. I got an update not long after placing the order, and then it shipped soon after that. Smooth. It was nice not having to wait forever for a custom item.

I ordered a custom mat and, to be fair, it did arrive and the product itself was fine. The frustrating part was the tracking. I felt like I had to keep checking on it myself, and the updates were either slow or not very clear. For a custom order, I think it’s reasonable to expect a bit more info about where things stand. Customer service did reply when I reached out, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really give me much more detail. Not a terrible experience overall, but the communication definitely could use some improvement...

Ive been using this mat and the material feels nice and sturdy. Its good overall and seems like itll hold up well.

I got my mat last week, and the print looked fine, but the surface wasn’t really what I was hoping for. It feels dry and scratchy under my hands, not smooth like my old mat at all.
The cards don’t glide that well either, they kind of drag across the surface. Maybe some people like that more textured feel, but for me it gets annoying "pretty fast."

The box showed up with a few small dents, but everything inside was totally fine. Not perfect packaging, but it did the job.

I was trying to upload my own design, but it kept failing over and over. Not sure if it was the file type or something about it, but I couldn’t get it to work. I reached out to support, and they replied, but they weren’t much help...

I tried uploading an image a few times, but it just kept failing every time. I wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong or if the feature was broken, so it would’ve been helpful to get a clearer message or some reassurance on what to try next

When the mat first showed up, I was actually happy with it. The print looked nice, and I set it out for a few card game nights thinking it would be a solid little upgrade. But after only a few weeks of normal use, the edges started curling up, and I noticed the top layer was already beginning to wear off. I’m not rough with it or anything, just regular card games with friends, so that was disappointing. It’s not a terrible mat, but for the price, I really expected it to last longer.

It’s okay quality-wise, but it feels a bit too expensive for what I got. I was expecting a little more tbh, so yeah… not bad, just not really worth the price imo.
